STM32C++ / ArduinoServo PWMRotary Encoder

What is it?

A physical flight-simulator trim wheel controller built on an STM32 microcontroller. A rotary encoder mechanically translates wheel input into servo PWM signals, and a serial command interface lets the PC override the position directly. The kind of hardware peripheral that would cost a lot to buy from a sim hardware vendor.
